In April this year, our Automotive Filtration team in North America was delighted to be honored with Honda’s Service Parts Supplier Award for the 7th successive year – setting a new record in the process for the filtration category.
This is a discretionary award, and was granted to just 3% of Honda’s suppliers in 2019. We received it for our micronAir cabin air filters, which protect vehicle occupants against fine dusts, pollens, road dust, soot and other respirable particles.
Regional Director North America Dave Lester commented: “Receiving this prestigious award for the 7th time in a row underscores our ability to continuously meet and exceed Honda’s service parts requirements for quality, cost and delivery.” Honda only recognized suppliers who had perfect delivery records and zero quality complaints in 2018.
