Due to the measures imposed in response to the recent pandemic, the International Exposition of Machinery for Agriculture and Gardening (EIMA) – the major agricultural trade fair – planned for this fall has been postponed. EIMA will now be held in Bologna, Italy, on February 3–7, 2021. However, there will be the EIMA Digital Preview. A digital "sneak preview" exhibition will run from November 11–15, 2020. We will be participating as an exhibitor at both events.
We will be focusing on our unique filtration solutions for agricultural applications, in particular our Category 2, Category 3 and Category 4 cabin air filter systems – all in accordance with the strict requirements of EN 15695-2 – for the protection of agricultural machinery operators. The large quantities of hazardous materials used in modern agriculture, together with a working environment that frequently generates high dust levels, makes the protection of machine operators a high priority. Our multi-stage state-of-the-art Category 4 filtration solution provides previously unreached levels of protection. To maximize filter life and thus cost effectiveness, the system can be selectively engaged, depending on current operating conditions. When fully activated during spraying operations, it removes almost 100 percent of harmful gases and vaporous contaminants, leaving the air inside the vehicle cabin safe to breathe.
If you want to get all the details on EN 16695 and our cabin air filtration solutions during the EIMA Digital Preview, you should attend our 30-minute webinar "EN16695: cabin filtration requirements and protection solutions against hazardous substances." This is being hosted by our colleague Maik Sieh on November 12, 2020, 12 p.m. and 5 p.m. (Central European Time). After the webinar, Maik will be happy to answer your questions. If you aren’t able to join us live, a recording will be available on the EIMA webpage afterwards.

Technology has been a life-saver for many of us over the last six months or so, but nothing beats a face-to-face meeting. See you online at EIMA Digital Preview and hopefully in person in February 2021!
