Freudenberg Filtration Technologies India recognized for outstanding performance
The company recently received a prestigious award from automotive air conditioning specialists Subros. Presented at the company’s Supplier Conference 2024 at the Lalit Hotel in Delhi, the Best Supplier System Sustenance award recognizes outstanding all-round performance, reflecting all aspects of the supplier relationship.
Subros is one of the largest Tier 1 automotive air management systems companies. Within their portfolio, Suzuki is by far their most important customer. Suzuki is the dominant player on the subcontinent in this key economic sector and currently enjoys a 42% share of India’s automotive market. Over 90% of all Suzuki air conditioning systems now include micronAir cabin air filters.
As Himanshu Dixit, Key Account Manager with the Indian team proudly explained,
“today, passengers in one out of every two cars sold in India are protected by our filters.”
A rare award
Subros works with around 300 suppliers and only rarely presents such awards
This year, Freudenberg Filtration Technologies India stood out, securing the Gold award in the Sustenance category as one of only two nominees. Receiving the prize on behalf of Freudenberg Filtration Technologies India was Vice-President Automotive India Ashok Pandey, who commented:
